Holiday / Activity Camps

1. You can purchase as many holiday camps in a single transaction online. If you'd prefer to book over the phone, please call 01782 214452
2. We accept the following payment methods: -
   • Mastercard credit & debit cards
   • Visa credit & debit cards
   • Childcare Vouchers
3. Your order and payment will be processed by Stripe Merchant Service, and your debit/credit card statement will show `Balance & Beam Gym'.

Camp Terms and Conditions

1. Camps can be booked in accordance with our current Terms & Conditions
2. As long as there is available space on the specific day/date; your camp booking will be accepted
3. Camp bookings are only redeemable at this location.
4. Camps are suitable for children aged 3 – 10 years
5. Children must be toilet trained – unless specific prior notification has been advised to the Manager
6. Camps are non refundable
7. Camps may be transferred to alternative day/date BUT only if notified / advised at least 24 hours prior to the date booked
8. Camp purchases cannot be exchanged for any other service the company offers.
9. Refunds will only be given if advised within 48 hours of the booking/transaction in writing to Balance & Beam, Festival Way, Stoke on Trent, ST1 5PU or by email info@balanceandbeam.co.uk.Please quote booking ref/child’s name
10. Should any non member unlawfully secure a member discount code, to obtain discounted prices, they will be asked to pay the difference prior to attending the activity. Non conformance will make any purchase invalid and no refunds will be offered

Tuition Terms & Conditions

2. Your order and payment will be processed by Stripe Merchant Service, and your debit/credit card statement will show `Balance & Beam Gym'.
3. Classes can be booked in accordance with our current Terms & Conditions
4. As long as there is available space on the specific day; your class booking will be accepted
5. Class bookings are only redeemable at this location.
6. Classes are suitable for children aged 4 months  – 12 years
7. Should your child have any specific needs they must be communicated to the Manager prior to enrolment to ensure they are suited to our programme
8. You must adhere to our Cancellation/Make Up Policy to qualify for catch ups on any missed classes.  These must be notified to us by 9.30am the morning of the class
9. Classes are non refundable
10. If, for any reason you wish to terminate your child's enrolment, for whatever reason, you will not be offered a refund.  In extenuating circumstances, the remaining fees may be transferred to use in our holiday camps or put towards a birthday party.  This decision will be at the manager's discretion

Competitions Rules

Social Media Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter is: Flic Flac Ltd t/a Balance & Beam (Company No. 05199326) whose registered office is at Festival Way, Stoke on Trent, ST1 5PU.
2. The competition is open to any residents of the United Kingdom. Employees of the company are exempt from the competition including their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via http://facebook.com/balanceandbeam and https://www.instagram.com/balanceandbeam_uk/ 
6. Closing date for entry will be 12^th November 2024. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
8. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
   To enter, entrants must:
   • Like Balance & Beam’s competition post of 4th November on Facebook or Instagram.
   • Like Balance & Beam’s Facebook page and/or follow Balance & Beam’s Instagram account.
   • Comment on the competition post on Facebook or Instagram, tagging at least one friend.
9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
11. The prize is as follows: 1 FreeParty for upto 10 Guests at Balance & Beam, Festival Way, Stoke on Trent, ST1 5PU
12. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
13. Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and/or its agents.
14. The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Facebook / Instagram within 28 days of the closing date. The winner will only ever be contacted by the Promotor. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
15. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/or delivered.
16. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
18. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
19. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

21. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
22. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Balance & Beam and not to any other party.
