Their mission is to ‘Mpower’ individuals of all ages with the invaluable life skill of swimming. With a team of dedicated Level 2 instructors, state-of-the-art facilities across the city, and a commitment to excellence, M Swim invites all our Balance & Beam members to join them in the water and celebrate the freedom, fitness and fun that swimming brings.
Our philosophy here at Balance & Beam is to create a close community that values a healthy, balanced lifestyle for parents and children and our friends at M Swim promotes just that. Over the past couple of years, we have seen many of our gymnasts take the plunge and learn to swim with M Swim.
