IT’S CHRISTMAAAAS! Well, almost, but you know we don’t do things by halves here at Balance & Beam. We are reindeer kicking, (Yule) log rolling and star jumping our way into the festive season, with fun-filled sessions, magical themes of the week and Christmassy activities galore. 
Here’s what we have in store for the final month of 2024…
CHRISTMAS PARTY CAMP – LAST CALL FOR £10 OFF!
Our One & Only Members Christmas Party Camp (for children aged 3-10 years) is back! We love a holiday-themed camp here at Balance & Beam regardless of the occasion, but this has to be one of our all-time favourites! 
Join us on Monday 23 December 2024 for a full day of fun party games and winter-themed gymnastics activities. Traverse our ‘snowy mountains’ and ‘icy lakes’, and who knows… we may even have time to enjoy an indoor ‘snowball’ fight!
The Camp will run from 9.30am to 4.30pm (not 9.00am as it’s been saying on your confirmation, sorry 
and includes a delicious Christmas buffet lunch. Christmas jumpers or festive pyjamas are positively encouraged!

PARENT & CHILD CHRISTMAS EVENTS (FOR OUR LITTLEST GYMNASTS) |

We love celebrating Christmas at Balance & Beam, and we wouldn’t feel right leaving anyone out, so this year, we'll be bringing some of our Parent & Child classes together for a series of extra-special events! Enjoy some festive fun with your little gymnast and their friends, celebrate the imminent arrival of the big man in red, and join us afterwards for a mince pie and coffee. There’s no need to book in advance for these sessions – just arrive for your class at the time stated below:

PORT VALE FOUNDATION CHRISTMAS APPEAL |

As a Stoke-on-Trent business, we believe it's important to give back to our local community. That's why Balance & Beam is supporting the Port Vale Foundation Christmas Appeal this December. The charity and its partners are collecting toys and gifts for children up to 18 years of age to spread a little bit of joy to those who would otherwise go without this Christmas. To help make someone's Christmas a little bit brighter this year, drop off your present at our gym on Festival Way by Sunday 15 December. For more details, please speak to a member of our team. |

WINTER BREAK Even the jolliest of elves need a break to enjoy the festive season and spend time with their loved ones. That’s why the week commencing Monday 16 December will be Balance & Beam’s last full week before Santa makes his way to Stoke-on-Trent. Our final classes of 2024 will take place on Sunday 22 December, ahead of our One & Only Members Christmas Party Camp on Monday 23 December (see above for details). Our team will be returning refreshed and ready to somersault into 2025 on Monday 6 January. |

Lucia has taken to her role as an Assistant Coach like a duck to water, and is now leading some of our Pre-School and Primary School classes. It feels strange to say it, but that’s the end of our final newsletter of 2024! All that’s left to say is that we hope you have a wonderful Christmas break full of festive fun, laughter and love. We can’t wait to see you all again as we leap into 2025 together!
