Let’s talk about SLEEP

Does sinking into a soft, warm cosy bed and drifting off for a restful night’s sleep sound like a distant memory?

Are you finding it tough to get your little one to sleep through the night?

Are they waking early?

Are they battling bedtime?

If so, you are not alone

We are thrilled to announce that Michele Taylor, Hug & Snug child sleep specialist will be hosting her 2nd Child’s Sleep Event here at the gym on Thursday, 12th June at 11.00 - 12 noon

Michele helps exhausted and worried parents with their child’s sleep so that the whole family sleeps better.  Michele specialises in creating personalised sleep solutions tailored to your child’s age, needs, routine, and sleep patterns

During the members only event Michele will talk about common questions asked around sleep training.  Give tips on challenges that parents face such as:
Feeding to sleep
Waking multiple times in the night
Nap problems

Michelle is happy to answer member's specific questions and any members wishing to arrange a one-to-one session with Michele will be able to do so during the event
